Jeanne at the Innsbruck Summer School on Cold Atoms

Jeanne Duboeuf recently took part in the 2026 Summer School on Cold Atoms and Ultracold Quantum Gases in Innsbruck. The school brought together bachelor, master, and early PhD students to explore ultracold quantum matter.

Twelve lectures from researchers in Innsbruck, Vienna, and Trento covered laser cooling and trapping, Bose–Einstein condensation, ultracold Fermi gases and molecules, strongly correlated gases, and optical lattices. Participants also visited the laboratories of the Universität Innsbruck and IQOQI Innsbruck.
